- Temporary signs are those intended to be displayed for a limited period in association with a temporary event and do not have permanent foundations or attach to the exterior of a building.
- Single and two-family residential use, maximum size 6 square feet per face and a maximum height of 42 inches and not in the public right-of-way.
- All other uses, two signs per parcel and limited to a maximum area of 32 square feet each with a maximum height of 8 feet, set back 10 feet from the front property line, and cannot be placed on public property including the City right-of-way along streets.
- There is no specific date as to when you can place signage, however it must be down within 14 days after the conclusion of the event for which they are being used.
- The property owner is responsible for removal.
- Non-illuminated freestanding, wall, and window signs are permitted.
- The City does not regulate content, only placement. (For example, election signs including candidates, proposals, or any other opinions on how to vote are allowed).
- Signs cannot be located within 25 feet of a property corner that is adjacent to a street intersection. (visual diagram)
